Vietnam Mango Exports Reach Record High in 2024

Vietnamese mango exports have reached record levels in 2024, significantly contributing to the country’s economic growth. Total export value is estimated at 310–320 million USD, positioning Vietnam as the 13th largest mango exporter worldwide (Hfoods.vn).

In the first five months of 2024, export value totaled 212 million USD, up 10.5% compared to the same period in 2023. May 2025 alone reached 41.1 million USD, an increase of 15.5% year-on-year (Commodity-Board.com).

Key export markets include China, the EU, and the USA. China accounts for the largest share due to competitive prices and stable quality (VietnamPlus). Vietnamese exporters face challenges in meeting international standards, logistics, and competition, but opportunities remain high with quality improvements, certifications, and strategic partnerships.
