Delivery Information & Logistics Solutions
At ITXEasy, our core mission is "Make Export Easy". To achieve this, we provide comprehensive logistics and delivery solutions tailored to the needs of global importers of agricultural and food products.
1. Shipping Terms (Incoterms® 2020)
All shipments are conducted based on internationally recognized Incoterms® 2020 rules. The specific Incoterm for your order will be clearly defined and agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and Sales Contract.
The most common terms we offer include:
2. Order Processing & Lead Time
The total time from initial order to shipment departure consists of two stages:
2.1. Production/Sourcing Lead Time (Time to Readiness)
-
This period starts upon receipt of the 30% deposit payment and confirmed PI.
-
Typical Lead Time: Varies greatly by product and volume, generally ranging from 14 to 35 days (for frozen and processed goods) depending on seasonality and specific certification requirements.
-
The estimated lead time will be confirmed in your Proforma Invoice.
2.2. Transit Time (Shipping Time)
-
This is the time the container takes to travel from the port of origin to your destination port.
-
Transit Time: Varies based on geographical distance and shipping route (e.g., Asia to Europe/America takes longer than to other Asian countries).
-
ITXEasy works with reputable shipping lines to provide the most efficient routing and accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
3. Packaging and Quality Control
3.1. Cold Chain Integrity
For frozen and refrigerated products, we guarantee the integrity of the cold chain up to the point of risk transfer (as defined by Incoterms). Goods are loaded into industry-standard refrigerated containers (Reefer Containers) with temperature recorded throughout transit.
3.2. Packaging Standards
All Products are packaged according to international standards for export and customs regulations, utilizing secure, food-grade materials suitable for long-distance transport.
3.3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
A mandatory Pre-Shipment Inspection is conducted by ITXEasy's internal QC team before loading to verify that the quality, quantity, and packaging strictly match the contractual specifications.
4. Documentation
ITXEasy ensures the preparation and presentation of all required export documents necessary for the seamless clearance of your goods. These documents typically include:
