Salted Bamboo Shoots (Lo O Bamboo) are made from naturally grown bamboo shoots harvested in optimal conditions from the highland regions of Vietnam, especially Lam Dong. The shoots are carefully selected (not too young or too mature), cleaned, detoxified, and processed on the same day to ensure safety and quality.
With a naturally crisp texture and mildly sour taste, this product is free from preservatives and suitable for a wide range of traditional and modern dishes.
