Natural Rubber RSS3 (Ribbed Smoked Sheet Grade 3) is a premium-grade sheet natural rubber produced from high-quality fresh field latex — processed through coagulation, mechanical ribbing, and smoke-drying under controlled conditions to deliver consistent mechanical performance across a wide range of industrial applications.
RSS grades are divided into five categories based on color, elasticity, and purity: RSS1 through RSS5, with RSS1 being the highest grade and RSS5 denoting the lowest quality. Production Process: The latex is coagulated, ribbed through rolling, and dried in smokehouses at temperatures of approximately 50–60°C.
