Sourced from Thạnh Hóa, Long An – one of Vietnam's most productive yam-growing regions – our frozen yam is harvested at peak ripeness, cleaned, cut to specification, and IQF-frozen to preserve natural texture, flavour, and nutrients. Available in both white and purple varieties, suitable for soups, stews, frying, steaming, desserts, beverages, and industrial food processing.

- Khoai Mỡ Trắng Mộng Linh – Pure white flesh, mild aroma, widely grown, competitive price.
- Khoai Mỡ Trắng Ta (Miền Nam) – Cream-white with natural marbling, sweeter taste, limited supply, premium grade.
- Khoai Mỡ Tím Củ Dài – Long purple tubers from the main vine, deep colour, high anthocyanin, premium value.
- Khoai Mỡ Tím Củ Tròn – Small round tubers from sub-vines, good colour, cost-effective for processing.
