Frozen Gac Fruit Flesh is made from the fresh red membrane of ripe Gac fruit (Momordica cochinchinensis), immediately quick-frozen right after harvest and initial processing to preserve its natural color, flavor, and full nutritional value.

Gac fruit is a renowned Vietnamese superfruit, celebrated worldwide for its exceptionally high content of beta-carotene, lycopene, and Vitamin E – significantly higher than in carrots or tomatoes. Our frozen Gac flesh contains no preservatives whatsoever. The freezing process is carried out entirely through temperature control, and the flesh is frozen within just a few hours after harvest, minimizing any loss of vitamins and minerals.
